Canada echoed with the electrifying release of Bearings' highly-anticipated third album, "The Best Part About Being Human," courtesy of Pure Noise Records. Produced by the acclaimed Sam Guaiana, known for his work with Silverstein and Between You & Me, this album marks a pivotal moment in Bearings' near-decade-long career. With a tight-knit approach to songwriting, "The Best Part About Being Human" showcases Bearings at the peak of their musical prowess. It boasts an impressive lineup of tracks, including the previously unveiled singles "Gone So Gone," "Live Forever Never Die," and "Slip." These anthems capture the essence of sweaty summer festivals and beckon fans to join in with passionate singalongs. This album also stands as a beacon, signaling the direction in which the pop-punk genre is evolving.

In the band's own words, "The Best Part About Being Human is being alive and the second best part is writing an upbeat and exciting record with your brothers in a small house in North Hollywood." This statement reflects the camaraderie and creative synergy that fueled the album's creation. Bearings embarked on a journey to discover their musical identity, what truly ignited their excitement on stage, and the result is a sonic masterpiece.

The band elaborates further, emphasizing the album's versatility for live performances, stating, "It had to be something we could play in its entirety live if we wanted and it would work. It's got melancholy choruses and wordy verses." This commitment to live authenticity shines through in each track, ensuring that every note resonates deeply with both the band and their dedicated fanbase.

"The Best Part About Being Human" is a testament to Bearings' evolution as musicians. It represents their willingness to experiment while staying true to their core strengths, resulting in a record that they and their fans can truly be proud of. With this release, Bearings cements their status as a prominent force in the ever-evolving pop-punk scene, leaving listeners eagerly awaiting their next chapter.

The band will be hopping on a co-headllining tour with Just Friends next month. You can get tickets to a date near you now!
