Southern California-based “emo-gressive alt-rock” quartet Crossing I’s Dotting T’s graced the stage of Orange County’s legendary venue, Chain Reaction, as a part of their (west coast) tour; before passing through the rest of California, Arizona, and the Pacific Northwest.

The band commanded the attention of the Thursday night crowd while playing through some of their classics, and debuting a brand new, unreleased song, dropping on streaming services soon.

Singer Matthew Mucerino’s strong, yet gruff vocals stood out against the heavy basslines, pounding drums, and intricate guitars. Between guitarist Austin’s hairflips and bassist Daniel Flores’ intense game faces, the individual presence of each member blended together on stage to create the perfect level of energy to get a weeknight crowd moving on their feet. In tandem with the energy of the instrumentals, the emotion of every lyric was present on Mucerino’s face as each word left his lips and graced the ears of the audience.

As an up and coming Southern California outfit, Crossing I’s Dotting T’s are pushing their way into the forefront of the scene with each move they make. Their music, stage presence, and energy will resonate with anyone who gets the chance to see them live, and it’s all uphill from here for this band.
